An authority shall have power, by its resolution, trust indenture or loan or lease agreement, to confer upon any obligees holding or representing a specified percentage of bonds, or upon any bond insurer or provider of a letter of credit or other credit or liquidity facility, the right, in addition to all rights that may otherwise be conferred, upon the happening of an event of default or such particular events of default as may be specified in such resolution or instrument, by suit, action or proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain the appointment of a receiver of any real property or personal property or leasehold interest of the authority and of the rents and profits therefrom.
