Text

(a)Time of annual meeting.--An annual meeting of the members of an electric cooperative corporation shall be held at such time as may be provided in the bylaws.
(b)Call of special meetings.--Special meetings of the members may be called by:
(1)the president;
(2)the board of directors;
(3)petition signed by not less than one-tenth of all of the members; or
(4)such other officers or persons as may be provided in the bylaws.
(c)Notice of meetings.--Written notice of every meeting of members shall be delivered not less than ten nor more than 30 days before the date of the meeting. If mailed, the notice shall be deemed to be delivered when deposited in the United States mails in a sealed envelope, addressed to the member at his address as it appears on the records of the corporatio
