Text
(a)Amounts.--
(1)The guarantor whose name appears on the label of a soil amendment or plant amendment distributed in this Commonwealth shall pay semiannually and not later than January 31 and July 31 of each year an inspection fee at the rate of 15¢ per ton. In no case shall the inspection fee paid semiannually amount to less than $25.
(2)(Deleted by amendment).

(b)Adjustment to fees by secretary.--
(1)Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a), if the secretary determines following notice to the registrants and licensees that moneys derived from the registration and inspection fees are either greater or less than that required to administer this chapter, the secretary may reduce or increase the inspection fee so as to maintain revenues sufficien
