Text

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or the minor's estate upon the earlier of:

(1)the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred by gift under section 5304 (relating to transfer by gift or exercise of power of appointment);
(2)the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to a custodian nominated under section 5303 (relating to nomination of custodian) or with respect to custodial property transferred by exercise of power of appointment under section 5304 or by will or trust under section 5305 (relating to transfer authorized by will or trust), unless the time of transfer of the custodial property to the minor is delayed under section 5321 (relating to delay in transfer of custodial
