§ 2342 — Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Commission."A regional planning commission created in accordance with the terms of this subchapter. "Governing body."The body or board authorized by law to enact ordinances or adopt resolutions for the municipality. "Region."An area comprised of two or more municipalities which have joined in creating a regional planning commission.
