§ 8541 — Definitions

Pennsylvania·Title 24 EDUCATION·Part PART IV·Ch. 85 ADMINISTRATION AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS·Subch. PUBLIC MARKETS EMERGING INVESTMENT MANAGER PROGRAM
The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Program."The Public Markets Emerging Investment Manager Program established under section 8542 (relating to establishment).
