Text

The Pennsylvania State Police shall:

(1)Create and maintain a State registry of offenders and sexually violent predators required to register under this subchapter. The registry shall be incorporated as part of the registry established under Subchapter H (relating to registration of sexual offenders).
(2)In consultation with the Department of Corrections, the Office of Attorney General and the chairperson and the minority chairperson of the Judiciary Committee of the Senate and the chairperson and the minority chairperson of the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives, promulgate guidelines necessary for the general administration of this subchapter.
