§ 8653 — Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Minor."An individual under 18 years of age.
"Surrogate decision maker."An individual under section 8611(b)(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) or (8) (relating to persons who may execute anatomical gift).
