§ 17350 — Lease by authorities

A convention center may be leased or subleased by the authority to and from the county or county seat, and the county or county seat is empowered to enter into leases or subleases, or both, for this purpose. A lease or sublease may be made for a specified or unlimited time and on any terms and conditions approved by the county or county seat and agreed to by the authority in conformity with its contracts with the bondholders.
