It is the purpose of ORS 97.923 to 97.949, 97.992, 97.994 and 692.180 to ensure funds for performance to purchasers who contract through prearrangement sales contracts for the purchase of funeral or cemetery merchandise or services, and through preconstruction sales contracts for undeveloped interment spaces.
