It shall be unlawful for any membership camping operator or the agent or employee of any membership camping operator with intent to sell a membership camping contract, to authorize, use, direct or aid in the publication, distribution or circularization of any advertisement, radio broadcast or telecast concerning a membership camping contract, that contains any materially false or misleading statement, pictorial representation or sketch. Nothing in this section shall be construed to hold the publisher or employee of any newspaper, any job printer, broadcaster or telecaster liable for any publication referred to in this chapter, unless the publisher, employee, printer, broadcaster or telecaster has actual knowledge that the material is false or has an interest in the membership camping contr
