Text
The application for registration shall automatically become effective upon the expiration of 45 calendar days following filing of a completed application with the Real Estate Commissioner unless:
(1)The application for registration is denied under ORS 94.968;
(2)The commissioner grants the registration effective as of an earlier date; or
(3)The applicant consents to a delay of the effective date.
