Text
A local government may not enforce an ordinance, rule or other local law regulating manufactured dwelling park closures or partial closures adopted by the local government on or after July 1, 2007, or amended on or after January 1, 2010. An ordinance, rule or other local law regulating manufactured dwelling park closures or partial closures may not be applied to reduce the rights provided to a park tenant under ORS 90.645 or 90.655.
