Text
A lien created by ORS 87.226 ceases to attach to a crop that is agricultural produce as defined in ORS 87.700 and is in the possession of a purchaser, or to the proceeds of the sale of the crop to a third party, if the purchaser pays the agricultural producer in full for the crop and the claim for the lien is not filed under ORS 87.242 prior to the date of that payment.
