Text

(1)The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall furnish to any person, upon payment of a fee established by rule, copies of any document which is a matter of public record. Certified copies shall be furnished upon request. In a proceeding or prosecution under ORS 86A.095 to 86A.198, a copy so certified shall be prima facie evidence of the contents of the entry or document certified.
(2)A certificate of the director as to compliance or noncompliance with licensing provisions of ORS 86A.095 to 86A.198 shall be taken and received in a civil or criminal proceeding in this state as prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.
