Text
ORS 84.001 to 84.061 constitute the adoption of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as approved and recommended for enactment by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws in 1999 and supersede the provisions of section 101 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (P.L. 106-229) in accordance with section 102(a) of the federal Act.
