Text

(1)As used in this section:
(a)“Local government” has the meaning given that term in ORS 174.116.
(b)“Vertiport” means an area of land or a structure used, or intended to be used, for vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.
(2)The governing body of a local government may not grant an exclusive right to one operator to develop vertiports or control vertiport operations within the local government’s jurisdiction.
