Text
(1)At any time before the date specified in the notice given pursuant to ORS 830.918, any owner may reclaim the vessel or personal property left inside the vessel by:
(a)Paying all costs incurred by the authorized agency in salvaging, towing and storing the vessel and the personal property left inside the vessel; and
(b)Establishing to the satisfaction of the authorized agency that the owner is able to move the vessel to a place where the vessel can be lawfully kept.
(2)If a vessel is seized under ORS 830.908 to 830.948, title to the vessel and all personal property found in the vessel vests in the authorized agency, and the authorized agency may sell or otherwise dispose of the vessel and the property.
