Text
As used in ORS 830.880 to 830.895:
(1)“Component” means any severable portion of a boat that possesses or did possess an identification number.
(2)“Identification number” means a distinguishing number assigned to a boat or component by the manufacturer, the State Marine Board or a police agency.
