Text
The fees collected under ORS 807.370 for the reinstatement of suspended and revoked driving privileges shall be applied by the Department of Transportation to the cost of preparing and serving notices of suspension or revocation and to the cost of administering the driver improvement program authorized under ORS 809.480.
