Text
“Electric personal assistive mobility device” means a device that:
(1)Is self-balancing on two nontandem wheels;
(2)Is designed to transport one person in a standing position;
(3)Has an electric propulsion system; and
(4)Has a maximum speed of 15 miles per hour.
