Text

(1)The power and authority given to the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay is vested in and shall be exercised by a board of five commissioners. The board may exercise such powers, at regular or special meetings, as is usual and customary with similar bodies.
(2)The port may own, operate, repair and maintain the Coos Bay rail link.
