Text

A port may enter into agreements with other ports to exercise jointly all powers granted to any of the agreeing ports. The agreement may authorize joint acquisition of real property or other interests in land and may provide for the allocation among the agreeing ports of expenses incurred or revenues received in the performance of the agreement.
