Text

(1)The Public Utility Commission shall require each electric and natural gas company to, at least annually, file with the commission, and make publicly available, a report on any rate adjustments that the electric or natural gas company expects within the next 12 months.
(2)A report under this section must:
(a)Identify all rate adjustment requests that an electric or natural gas company has filed or reasonably knows or anticipates to file;
(b)Identify other requests or applications that could result in a rate adjustment;
(c)Provide estimates on the amounts of expected rate adjustments, if the amounts in expected rate adjustments are not known with certainty; and
(d)For each rate adjustment request that an electric or natural company has filed or reasonably knows or anticipates to fil
