No person shall make or use in the offer or sale of a variable life insurance policy any illustrations of benefits payable that include projections of past investment experience into the future or predictions of future investment experience. This section is not intended to prohibit use of hypothetical assumed rates of investment return to illustrate possible levels of benefits.
