Text
The joint underwriting association established under ORS 735.220 shall be comprised of all insurers authorized to write and who are writing commercial liability insurance within this state on a direct basis, including the commercial liability portions of multiperil policies. Every such insurer shall remain a member of the association as a condition of its authority to continue to transact insurance in this state.
