The courts of this state are vested with jurisdiction over every person not resident, domiciled or authorized to do business in this state who is required to file a statement with the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services under ORS 732.523 and over all actions involving such a person arising out of violations of ORS 732.517 to 732.546. Each such person shall be considered to have appointed the director for the purpose of service of process.
