Text

(1)A report filed with the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services according to requirements established by rule for disclosure of material acquisitions or dispositions of assets and disclosure of material nonrenewals, cancellations and revisions of ceded reinsurance agreements shall be confidential as provided in ORS 705.137.
(2)The director may direct the insurer to furnish copies of a report described in subsection (1) of this section to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
(3)The director may disclose or use a report as considered necessary by the director in the administration of the Insurance Code or other law.
