Text

(1)The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall prepare annually, as soon after March 1 as is consistent with full and accurate preparation, a report of the official transactions of the director under the Insurance Code. The report shall include:
(a)In condensed form statements made to the director by every insurer authorized to do business in this state.
(b)A statement of all insurers authorized to do business in this state as of the date of the report.
(c)A list of insurers whose business in this state was terminated and the reason for the termination. If the termination was a result of liquidation or delinquency proceedings brought against the insurer in this or any other state, the report shall include the amount of the insurer’s assets and liabilities so
