Text
Every license issued under this chapter shall remain in force until it has been surrendered, revoked or suspended in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. No revocation, suspension or surrender of any license shall impair or affect the obligation of any preexisting lawful contract between the pawnbroker and any borrower.
