Text
(1)Where the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services proposes to refuse to issue a license, or proposes to revoke or suspend a license, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.
(2)Judicial review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183.
