Text
(1)A credit union chartered under the laws of this state may be converted to a credit union chartered under the laws of the United States, subject to the approval of the National Credit Union Administration.
(2)A credit union chartered under the laws of the United States may convert to a credit union chartered under the laws of this state subject to approval of the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services.
