Text

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a credit union may receive deposits from the State of Oregon of moneys belonging to the Deferred Compensation Fund established under ORS 243.411. With respect to such deposits, the State of Oregon shall be deemed to be a member of the credit union, except that the state shall not be entitled to vote, hold office or otherwise participate in the management or operation of the credit union.
