Text
The remedies provided by ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200 are cumulative and shall not be construed as restricting any remedy otherwise available including the remedies provided by ORS chapter 72. If any provision of ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200 or application thereof to any person or circumstance is held unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200 are severable.
