(1)An extranational banking institution may occupy and maintain branches in this state as permitted by ORS chapter 713 and applicable federal law.
(2)An extranational banking institution may exercise powers and engage in activities at branches located in this state as permitted by ORS chapter 713 and applicable federal law.
