(1)A licensed investigator shall provide the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training with:
(a)The investigator’s legal name, home address and home telephone number; and
(b)The name, physical and mailing addresses and telephone number of the investigator’s business.
(2)In addition to the information required by subsection (1) of this section, a licensed investigator who is not a resident of this state shall designate a person to act as the investigator’s agent for service of process. The investigator shall make the designation on a form approved by the department and shall include the physical address of the agent’s business.
