Text

(1)When issuing a license under ORS 703.430, the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training shall also issue an identification card of a size, design and content as may be determined by the department by rule.
(2)An investigator shall carry at all times, while engaged in the practice of investigating, the identification card issued under this section.
(3)In the event of loss or destruction of a license issued under ORS 703.430 or an identification card issued under this section, the investigator may apply to the department for a replacement. The application must state the circumstances of the loss or destruction. The investigator shall provide recent photographs of the investigator and a replacement application fee as prescribed by the Board on Public Safety Standards and Traini
