Text

(1)The members of the Environmental Health Registration Board appointed by the Governor shall be appointed from among the residents of this state and shall have the following qualifications and terms of office:
(a)One shall be a physician licensed to practice medicine or surgery by the Oregon Medical Board who has an emphasis in public health.
(b)Four shall be persons registered under this chapter who have at least four years of experience in environmental health.
(c)Two must be members of the public who do not possess the same professional qualifications of the other members.
(2)The term of office of each member of the Environmental Health Registration Board is four years, but a member serves at the pleasure of the Governor. Vacancies shall be filled by the Governor by appointment fo
