Text

(1)The Real Estate Commissioner may investigate either upon complaint or otherwise whenever it appears that a person has conducted residential property wholesaling in violation of ORS 696.653 to 696.665.
(2)If upon investigation it appears that the person has violated a provision of ORS 696.653 to 696.665, the commissioner may, in addition to any other remedies, bring action in the name and on behalf of the State of Oregon against such person to enjoin such person from continuing any act in violation of ORS 696.653 to 696.665.
