(1)(a) If the license of a real estate broker, principal real estate broker or timeshare sales agent is revoked by the Real Estate Commissioner on grounds related to professional real estate activity other than the management of rental real estate, the commissioner may not issue a new license until the individual complies with the provisions of ORS 696.010 to 696.495, 696.600 to 696.785 and 696.800 to 696.870.
(b)If the license of a licensed real estate property manager is revoked by the commissioner, or if the license of a real estate broker or principal real estate broker is revoked by the commissioner, on grounds related to the management of rental real estate, the commissioner may not issue a new license until the individual complies with the provisions of ORS 696.010 to 696.495, 696.
