Text

(1)The State Board of Pharmacy shall elect from its members a president and vice president and such other officers as it deems appropriate and necessary to the conduct of its business. The President of the State Board of Pharmacy shall preside at all meetings of the board and shall be responsible for the performance of all of the duties and functions of the board required or permitted by this chapter. If the president is absent or unable to preside, the vice president shall preside. Each additional officer elected by the board shall perform those duties normally associated with their position and such other duties assigned from time to time by the board.
