Text
For the purpose of requesting a state or nationwide criminal records check under ORS 181A.195, the Oregon Health Authority may require the fingerprints of a person who is:
(1)Applying for a certificate, or a renewal of a certificate, under ORS 688.640 or 688.650; or
(2)Under investigation by the authority under ORS 688.655.
