Text

(1)The district attorneys shall prosecute all persons charged with violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. The executive director of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, under the direction of the board, shall aid the district attorneys in the enforcement of this chapter.
(2)The justice courts of the several counties have concurrent jurisdiction with the circuit courts in the enforcement of this chapter.
