Text

(1)Where the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners proposes to refuse to issue a license, or proposes to revoke or suspend a license, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.
(2)Judicial review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be in accordance with ORS chapter 183.
