ORS 682.111 to 682.117 apply to a bond, letter of credit or certificate evidencing deposit with the Oregon Health Authority that is the method chosen to prove financial responsibility under this chapter. The dollar amounts required for the bonds, letters of credit or deposits shall be $320,000.
