Text
(1)Upon suit by the Oregon State Board of Nursing for which no bond shall be required, the circuit courts have jurisdiction to restrain or enjoin any violation or threatened violation of ORS 678.010 to 678.415. Such suit may be brought against a person who practices nursing without a current license or who practices registered nursing when licensed as a practical nurse or who has failed to become licensed or whose license has been suspended, revoked or declared void.
(2)The remedies provided for in this section are in addition to, and not in lieu of, criminal penalties provided for in ORS 678.990.
