Text
The Department of Human Services, the Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon State Board of Nursing shall enter into an interagency agreement to share the results of nationwide criminal records checks conducted under ORS 181A.195 on subject individuals who are subject to criminal records checks by the department, the authority and the board.
