Text
(1)An authorization to practice regulated social work granted by the State Board of Licensed Social Workers under ORS 675.510 to 675.600 is effective when the authorization is issued by the board.
(2)An authorization to practice regulated social work granted by the board expires on the date established by the board by rule.
(4)A clinical social work associate certified by the board under ORS 675.537 may renew the certification by:
(a)Payment of the renewal fee established under ORS 675.571; and
(b)Submission of a sworn statement by the associate, on a form provided by the board, that demonstrates to the board’s satisfaction that satisfa
