(1)The State Board of Licensed Social Workers may adopt rules providing for:

(a)The temporary licensure of clinical social workers;

(b)The temporary registration of baccalaureate social workers;

(c)The temporary licensure of master’s social workers; and

(d)The temporary certification of clinical social work associates.

(2)The board may establish by rule fees for temporary registration, certification and licensure under this section.
