In addition to any other remedy available, if the State Landscape Contractors Board believes that a person has engaged in, is engaging in or is about to engage in any act, practice or transaction that violates ORS 671.510 to 671.760, the board may direct the Attorney General to apply to the court for an injunction to restrain the person from engaging in the act, practice or transaction.
